My Role
As a UX Designer, I prioritised user flow and collaborated with cross-functional teams, integrating security and scalability considerations. Joining the project post-initial research, I conducted an in-depth analysis for a backend proof-of-concept, ensuring seamless application functionality. Later, I contributed to visual design in collaboration with the team.
Scenario
In a meeting, a client’s decision always changes in a constant lookout for the best solutions offered by the organizations and their people. To tackle and provide such definite decisions, Sales lead needs access to a quick background check about client info and its stand in the market.
Problem Statement
As a sales lead, I want to understand the potential client information so that i can find the best solution and strategies offered to the client.

My Learnings

Through my work, I learned the importance of adaptability in design to ensure seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Balancing creativity with technical constraints was essential for developing visually appealing yet functional applications within realistic parameters. The user-centric iteration process underscored the value of continuously refining the design based on user feedback to enhance usability. Additionally, adopting a security-first mindset from the outset emphasised the necessity of robust data protection measures, fostering user trust and confidence in the application.
